A Gibraltar based Trust and Company Management operation have an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Trust Manager to join their thriving practice with the general remit to manage and develop a portfolio of High Net Worth Clients, with a focus on effective trust corporate administration.

We are seeking applications for candidates with a minimum of 3 years experience within Corporate or Trust administration who are commercially oriented and hold the relevant Professional Qualification.

Duties will include

  • Management of a team of Trust and Company administrators.
  • Liaison with clients and their advisers regarding the day to day management of active companies & trusts.
  • Maintenance of accounting records for active companies & trusts.
  • Maintenance and control of documentary evidence to support audit trail for accountingpurposes.
  • Preparation of correspondence on behalf of client companies.
  • Oversight of client company activity to ensure legal and regulatory compliance.
  • Maintenance and management of client assets, including cash and where appropriate trading assets.
  • Maintenance and control of statutory records including minuting meetings and arranging filings.
  • Develop and market management of active companies to introducers of business.
  • Undertake and manage full time recording and supervise client billing process
