A Gibraltar based Trust and Company Management operation have an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Trust Manager to join their thriving practice with the general remit to manage and develop a portfolio of High Net Worth Clients, with a focus on effective trust corporate administration.
We are seeking applications for candidates with a minimum of 3 years experience within Corporate or Trust administration who are commercially oriented and hold the relevant Professional Qualification.
Duties will include
- Management of a team of Trust and Company administrators.
- Liaison with clients and their advisers regarding the day to day management of active companies & trusts.
- Maintenance of accounting records for active companies & trusts.
- Maintenance and control of documentary evidence to support audit trail for accountingpurposes.
- Preparation of correspondence on behalf of client companies.
- Oversight of client company activity to ensure legal and regulatory compliance.
- Maintenance and management of client assets, including cash and where appropriate trading assets.
- Maintenance and control of statutory records including minuting meetings and arranging filings.
- Develop and market management of active companies to introducers of business.
- Undertake and manage full time recording and supervise client billing process
