Job Specification

This fast growing truly independent Jersey based trust company is looking to add a Trust Supervisor to its client facing trust team.

As Trust Supervisor you will be responsible for the management and development of a diverse portfolio of clients and their trust structures.

Reporting directly to our client directors you main duties will relvolve around providing administration and management services to Trusts for these private and institutional Clients.

The establishment, maintenance and termination of trust structures will take the majority of your time. You will also be asked to maintain accurate statutory records, co-ordinate the preparation of tax and annual returns.

It will also fall in your remit to check trust deed provisions and requirements particularly in relation to capital and income distributions, loans, pledges, guarantees and investment appointments and property transactions.

Finally, as Trust Supervisor, you will also be responsible for ensuring that Trustee, Director and Shareholder meetings are held as necessary.

To be considered for this Trust Supervisor role you should have at least five years of relevant experience of working in the trust industry in Jersey, preferably qualified (ICSA or STEP) or working towards a suitable qualification.

This is a well paid offshore trust job and is remunerated very competitively.
