Job Specification

The Trust Division of this Jersey based Private bank is looking to add a Trust Marketing Director to its senior management team.

The main duties of the Trust Marketing Director will be to assist the managing director of fiduciary services in promoting the business, managing and developing trust personnel, and forging and maintaining fruitful relationships with clients and advisers.

As Trust Marketing Director you will be responsible for building the marketing strategy and leading the strategic marketing team to deliver the marketing strategy for the Trust practice.

You will lead a cross functional team to promote and execute agreed propositions across the full marketing mix. Other key areas of this offshore trust job include:

To manage the marketing departments relationship with board directors and managers on marketing initiatives to support the achievement of business plan targets.
Arrange the delivery of an integrated marketing strategy & plan across the full communications mix.
You will influence the formulation of customer growth & retention targets by business area. Devise strategies and courses of action to achieve targets and redress any imbalances.
As Marketing Director you will hold accountability for the performance of marketing activity across all brands/businesses
You will manage the Trust marketing budget. Drive maximum efficiencies and effectiveness across all marketing activity in order to meet agreed commercial objectives.

For consideration for this well paid Jersey job you should be able to demonstrate a track record of attracting new business opportunities and successfully converting them.

It would be beneficial if you held the Table 4 qualification under the Financial Services (Jersey) Law 1998. You will have good analytical and problem solving skills.
