Expansion in the volume of this international banks Trust business has lead to the need to recruit a Trust Analyst for its Swiss based Fiduciary Management team.
The Trust Analyst is responsible for the day to day administration of trust and corporate structures under the guidance of the Trust Officer.
As Trust Analyst you will have overall responsibilities for maintaining all corporate formalities required for the good governance of the companies under your management.
Some of the day to day duties you could be involved in include:
- Maintenance of Directors’ and Shareholders’ Registers and any other statutory records
- Liaising with the Registrar of Companies for corporate documents (e.g. for certificate of good standing)
- Preparing required resolutions / minutes required to approve actions to be taken by the Company’s directors etc.
- Preparing and processing required documentation for all account openings and closures including corporate minutes or resolutions.
- Preparing and processing letters, Power of Attorneys and other documentation (special investment, etc…).
- Preparing and processing of transactions over the structure approved by the Trust Officer including documentation required for distributions, credit facilities and ensuring that all required trust & company resolutions are in place to support the activity,
- Preparing Financial statement cover letters
- Assists Trust Officer in preparation of client meetings
For consideration for the Trust Analyst position you should have at least two years experience in Trust Administration.
It would be beneficial if you were studying towards either the ICSA or STEP qualification.
The international nature of the Fiduciary Management teams business means as well as fluent English you will require French.
