Trust Analyst – Switzerland – Offshore Trust Job

This international wealth management house and private bank is urgently looking to add an experienced Trust Analyst to its offshore fiduciary services department.

The Trust Analyst is responsible for the day to day administration of trust and corporate structures under the guidance of the Trust Officer.

They have overall responsibilities for maintaining all corporate formalities required for the good governance of the companies and structures under management.

Some of the common duties you can expect to undertake as Trust Analyst include the maintenance of Directors’ and Shareholders’ Registers, liaising with the Registrar of Companies for corporate documents (e.g. for certificate of good standing), the legalization of corporate documents and preparing required resolutions / minutes required to approve actions to be taken by the Company’s directors.

You will arrange the processing and preparing the required documentation for all account openings and closures including corporate minutes or resolutions.

You will also prepare and process transactions over the structure approved by the Trust Officer including documentation required for distributions, credit facilities and ensuring that all required trust & company resolutions are in place to support the activity.

Finally you will assist the Trust Officer in preparation of client meetings and ensure the proper communication to accounting and fee billing regarding all account activities.

To be considered for the Trust Analyst role you should be able to demonstrate at least two years experience in a Trust department. It would be useful if you were familiar with Swiss trust regulation and had some exposure to other common offshore trust laws.
