The main duties of the Trust Administration Team Leader are centred the administration a portfolio of complex high net worth clients. To succeed you will not only have to an expert in complex Trust and Company structures, but have an understanding of how to apply these in a tax efficient manner for a diverse range of clients.
You can expect to work closely with the tax, business development and legal teams to enhance client relationships and influence new business opportunities.
As Trust Administration Team Leader you will need to liaise with external lawyers and other professionals to assist in the implementation and co-ordination of detailed transactions and structures.
Finally you will be responsible for the management and development of a small team of administrators.
To be considered for the Trust Administration Team Leader you will already hold the ICSA or STEP qualification and have at least five years Trust or Company Administration experience.
