This independent provider of trust, fiduciary and fund services on a international level is urgently seeking to recruit a Latin Manager for their Latin / South American team.
The organisation itself is geared to delivering personal and tailored Trust solutions to international corporations, institutional investors and high net worth individuals and their families.
As Latin Manager you will responsible for a multi-disciplinary team of Relationship Managers, Accountants and Paralegals servicing around 200 clients from France, Italy, Spain and Latin America.
It is expected you will coordinate issues concerning taxes, administration and banking of client companies. Supervise, coordinate and control the daily work of Relationship Managers, Paralegals and Accountants.
One of your main responsibilities will be delivering new business development amongst the core operations of incorporation of companies, keeping companies in legal good standing and companies’ day-to-day operations.
On behalf of your clients in this well paid Luxembourg job you can expect to have to Organise the annual preparation of accounts, reports, shareholder and board meetings together with the Relationship Managers, Accountants and Paralegals.
As Latin Manager you will also be tasked with the detection of possible corporate/tax issues. And resolve them via liaising with lawyers, bankers, tax advisors and notaries. You will be the main point of contact for contact for clients and their advisers.
To be considered for the Latin Manager vacancy you will have at least six years experience in a similar position or with a professional services firm. Good presentation and commercial sense, client oriented and entrepreneurship minded.
