Fiduciary Client Officer – Isle of Man Job – Offshore Trust

Niche, bespoke offshore Fiduciary services provider is seeking a skilled Fiduciary Client Officer to join its Isle of Man head office.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director you will be the primary contact with an assigned portfolio of existing and prospective clients.

As Fiduciary Client Officer it will be your responsibility to set up new companies and trusts, take on other companies and trusts from other service providers, and ensure the annual compliance needs of companies and trusts are met.

Some of key day to day duties you can expect to undertake include being:

  • Responsible for the setting up of new client Trusts and Companies and takeover of Trusts and Companies from other service providers.
  • Responding to and maintaining client relationships.
  • Maintenance and Compliance of company’s statutory records
  • Maintenance of Trust compliance with internal procedures
  • Preparation of AGM, EGM, Minutes, share certificates and annual returns
  • Making sure that any tax issues are addressed by the Isle of Man office or tax department
  • Preparation of client bills

To be considered for the Fiduciary Client Officer role you will be to in possession of 5 O' Level equivalent qualifications together with Trust related work experience of at least two years in a comparable role.

Individuals with knowledge of Company Secretarial software will be given preference.
