The Luxembourg business unit of this global fiduciary services and fund administration provider is urgently looking to add a skilled Corporate Secretary to its company incorporation team.

The Corporate Secretary assists in the day-to-day administration of offshore companies, for whom are offered domicile, management and legal/administrative services.

The Corporate Secretary's work revolves around incorporations and post incorporation work. This will include the preparation of documentation required for he incorporation of companies, administration of the tax assessments for client companies and monitor timeliness of payments and the filing of correspondence and documents on companies file.

It will also be the duty of the Corporate Secretary to maintain a network consisting of international operating clients, their advisors and tax authorities and keep them informed with all the information they require under regulatory guidelines.

The successful applicant for the Corporate Secretary vacancy will have one to two years experience gained with either a secretarial or varied administration role.

They will be extremely computer literate, with fluency in both English and French.
