It is the duty of the Company Secretarial Officer to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and brief the client appropriately at all times.
For example you will be asked to guarantee that the relevant meetings are held on a regular basis and that the appropriate documentation is produced in a timely manner and organise Board meetings on a regular basis.
You will also have to ensure that all company documentation like corporate schedules, company registers and minutes are maintained.
Finally as a key component of the Company Secretarial team you will ask both the Company secretary and your clients in the evolution of the firms services.
