This international Trust and Corporate services organisation is looking for a Company Secretarial Administrator to join its Trust and Corporate Services - in Guernsey.

The company is focused upon the delivery of a world class quality financial and administrative solutions to tax, finance and legal professionals around the world.

The Company Secretarial Administrator is tasked with supporting all of the activities of the Company Secretarial Team. For example you will be asked to manage, prepare and circulating relevant client documentation and coordinate and prepare team meetings.

For serious consideration for the Company Secretarial Administrator vacancy, you must be able to demonstrate previous relevant experience, preferably from within the offshore trust industry.

It is a given that you will have excellent excellent administration skills and superior business documentation skills. Individuals working towards the ICSA qualification will be given precedence.
