Job Specification

This dynamic Jersey based trust and fiduciary services provider is urgently seeking a talented and driven Client Director for its Private Clients team.

The Client Director - Private Clients is tasked with developing the business generated from a portfolio of High Net Worth and Ultra High Net Worth international individuals.

To aid your success in this key responsibility you will have core management responsibilities for the Trust and Fiduciary Services department – so you can shape the business to meet your client’s needs.

Combined with that in this offshore trust job, your key responsibilities will be:

To contribute to the development of the Trust corporation
To promote the Groups products and services, this may include undertaking servicing trips
To have joint responsibility for the achievement of the company’s business targets
To deal with high net worth clients who require a highly technical overview
To provide technical advice, coaching and guidance to subordinate staff
To monitor the performance of subordinate staff, including setting performance targets and undertaking appraisals
To make public presentations and entertain clients
To recommend the taking on of new business
To hindsight and review all contentious or complex technical outgoing correspondence
To act as a director for client companies and a personal trustee for the trustee company
To act as an “A” signatory on all client related banking and investment accounts

To be considered for the Client Director - Private Clients role you should have a minimum of five years in the offshore finance industry including experience at senior management level.

As you will be registered as Principal Person with the JFSC, you should be of flawless character and integrity. It is expected you skills and experience will be highlighted by your holding of a relevant professional qualification e.g. Chartered Accountant, Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers (ACIB), ICSA or STEP.
