This international investment bank is seeking a skilled Capital Markets Administrator to work out of their St Helier office.
Working with in the Corporate Services team the Capital Markets Administrator administrates a portfolio of Special Purpose Vehicles created for a wide range of purposes.
In this well paid Jersey job you can expect to take responsibility for a portfolio of companies, ensuring they are in good standing from an accounting, statutory, legal and compliance perspective and that the arrangements are administered in accordance with the transaction documentation.
Coupled with that you will take responsibility for a portfolio of clients, being the first contact for most clients and intermediaries.
You will have to produce accurate, timely and concise responses to client correspondence including the preparation of minutes.
As Capital Markets Administrator you will have to understand and review capital market and structured investment transactions.
To be considered for the Capital Markets Administrator position you will have at least two years in Company and Trust administration.
For this offshore trust job you should also have good knowledge of the finance industry and a good knowledge of Jersey corporate secretarial procedures and regulation.
