The Relationship Manager is responsible for the development of an independent distribution channel. The target organisations of this channel are private banks, family offices, offshore fiduciary providers, asset management consultants and legal firms.
Essentially any institution that offers offshore wealth management solutions to high net worth or ultra high net worth individuals can be a privileged partner in this channel.
As Relationship Manager you will offer a range of off the shelf or bespoke Life insurance products. Your core duties as Relationship Manager will be to identify partners to offer your insurance products to, ensuring their customers receive a high quality product and service and that you develop a stream of profitable business by entering signing up the right partnership agreements.
Working in collaboration with customers and partners, you will deliver solutions that meet the real needs of the customer. You will be responsible for the training of the sales forces in your partners and introducers.
Finally as Relationship Manager you will participate in the development of new products and services.
To be considered for this well paid Luxembourg insurance job you have a university education and around 3 to 5 years in the selling in the financial sector, preferably in life insurance.
You will be comfortable in building a channel of trained partners and be able prior success in creating a distribution network, preferably in offshore insurance.
