Isle of Man based Captive Insurance manager is looking for a Manager of Captives for its Douglas based office.
The Manager of Captives role is centred upon the development of strategic business growth amongst the insurance captive clients.
As the Manager of Captives you will be asked to develop strong cross-functional business team relationships and identify new business opportunities.
You can expect to assist in the policy underwriting work (Risk Selection, Pricing, Policy Development and Issuance) and to manage client relationships.
Finally you will ensure all team members adhere to compliance guidelines and jurisdictional legislation.
For consideration for the Manager of Captives vacancy you will need to hold a degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or Economics.
You will also require five or more years experience working in an Insurance Underwriting, Corporate Finance/Risk Management and/or business development-related capacity.
You will be able to demonstrate experience with successfully developing and executing strategic business plans.
Finally you will have a proven track record in developing and implementing new insurance/assurance products and programs.
