This offshore fund administration group requires an Executive Director of Client Services to be based out of its Guernsey headquarters.

As a provider of administration, valuation, secretarial and custodial services to some of the largest Guernsey domiciled and globally listed funds this is a business critical, well paid job. These services are co-ordinated by a team of client relationship managers, based in the main European fund jurisdictions. The Executive Director job is to head up that business unit.

The prime responsibility will be the delivery of a first class level of service to these funds. Besides managing a portfolio of key clients yourself, you can expect to represent the whole team internally and externally. You will report directly to the group's CEO. As Executive Director of CRM another core duty will be the development, management and evolution of the CRM department. You will have to ensure the team is trained to the latest technical level in company secretarial and fund administration activity. You will monitor, balance and create staff workloads. Finally you will be expected to see that the teams work is delivered on time and to the required standard,

It is expected that you will be a qualified chartered secretary although the company will consider a chartered accountant or lawyer with some relevant experience. It is expected you will have at least five years experience in company secretarial practices and investment fund administration. It would be beneficial if you understand Guernsey company law and stock exchange listing rules. It is expected you can demonstrate significant experience in the offshore finance environment.
