Shareholder Services Administrator – Isle of Man Job – Offshore Fund

Job Specification
A specialist fund administration division of a wider fiduciary services group is looking to add a Shareholder Services Administrator to its Douglas head office.

As Senior Administrator in the Shareholder Services team the Shareholder Services Administrator is responsible for the checking and reviewing of the dealing schedules, capital activity and shareholder register.

They also undertake the reviewing work of other Administrators within the team and liaising directly with clients / investors.

Finally the Shareholder Services Administrator ensures that all department and regulatory procedures are fully adhered to for each task undertaken.

To be considered for this well paid Isle of Man job you should be able to display at least two years experience in the hedge fund industry and a full knowledge of the Investor Services process.

As a skilled team player with proven ability to communicate at all levels you will have a good understanding of Microsoft Office products. In terms of education it is expected you will be at least A Level (or the equivalent) standard with a SII qualification or equivalent is desirable through not essential.
