The Hedge Fund Manager is responsible for multiple groups located in Luxembourg who provide hedge fund administration services to fund management clients of the bank.
They will oversee the service delivery by their direct reports. These include the production managers, based in Ireland, who are charged with providing premier client service and delivery of accurate and timely NAV's for a number of Alternative funds investing in a wide variety of instrument types including equities, bonds, CFD's, SWAPS and other OTC derivatives and futures.
In addition the Hedge Fund Manager will also ensure that an accurate, complete and timely service is delivered in all aspects of the Investor Services function in Luxembourg.
The Hedge Fund Manager will ensure that service delivery is maintained in line with service level agreements, any regulatory requirements and in accordance with existing operating procedures.
The Hedge Fund Manager will also be required to liaise with external clients, investment managers, custodians and auditors as these elements will also be a significant aspect of the role.
In this role there will be a significant element of sales support and the Hedge Fund Manager will be required to attend sales presentations to new clients in conjunction with other senior team members.
To be considered for the Hedge Fund Manager vacancy you will need to able to demonstrate detailed technical knowledge of complex hedge fund structures and exhibit a strong knowledge of performance fee calculations, complex/ OTC securities, Private Equity funds and also be very familiar with the Luxembourg regulatory environment.
It is expected you will have at least seven years experience in the fund industry and preferably with significant exposure to hedge Funds.
The Hedge Fund Manager is a senior Luxembourg fund job and as such commands a great salary and potential bonus.
