Entrepreneurial start up, in the field of microfinance and other sustainable/social investments is looking to add an experienced Fund Legal officer to its management team.

This is an exciting well paid job - very much 'a feet under the desk' at the start opportunity.

Essentially the company targets clients ranging from development finance institutions agencies to foundations, banks, NGOs, institutional investors and other consulting firms.

Your core duties will be the setting up, support and provision of legal advice for these clients’ microfinance investment funds. Duties will be varied , but will include liaising with other external service providers, preparation of shareholders meetings and reports and participating in the set up process of these investment vehicles mostly in Luxembourg: from concept design to actual inception of the investment vehicles.

Finally you will be tasked with drafting any legal documentation of the investment vehicles that is designed by the team: term sheet, offering memorandum, articles of incorporation, various agreements (service providers, investment management, etc.)

To be considered for this Fund Legal Officer Job you must have extensive experience in the establishment of Luxembourg investment funds.

It is expected that you are an investment fund professional with minimum of 3-5 years experience in the Luxembourg fund set-up industry and excellent knowledge of Luxembourg and international investment vehicles regulatory frameworks.

You will also need to be fluent in English and French and/or German.
