Credit Analyst - Switzerland Job – Offshore Banking

This expanding Swiss Private Bank is looking to add a talented Credit Analyst to its risk management team.
The Credit Analyst takes overall responsibility for the assessment and monitoring of professional counterpart y risks across the entire banking group. This will include both the Buy-side and ad-hoc analysis.

As Credit Analyst you can expect to be asked to manage the master sheets (including implementation of new counter-parties and risk levels).

You will be responsible for the management of counter-party risks and the monitoring of the state guarantee schemes.

In this well paid Swiss job you can expect to undertake qualitative review of all counter-parties and have responsibility for credit assessment of current and potential capital market issuers on the Sell side. Finally you will be involved in the credit rating of capital market issuers.

To be considered for the Credit Analyst role you must be a graduate with CFA, CEFA, or equivalent training.

It is expected you will be able to demonstrate at least five years experience as a Credit Analyst, with at least two of those years at a "Senior" level.

Ideally you will posses research experience in all sectors with an emphasis on banking.

Coupled with this you will have extensive know-how about the international capital markets (bonds, equities, derivatives) and very good computer skills (MS Office Excel, Bloomberg, Datastream). Finally you will be fluent in both English and German.
