Accounts Assistant - Gibraltar Job - Offshore Accountancy

Job Specification
This innovative and growing dynamic property development company, who have recently relocated their head office to Gibraltar, are looking to recruit an Accounts Assistant.

The central finance team is tasked with undertaking all accounting and financial analysis of the global sales and operations teams. They are looking for an Account Assistant to work alongside and support the senior accountants in their duties.

The main duties and responsibilities are as follows:
  • Posting to Sage 200.
  • Regular monitoring of the various bank accounts and reporting income.
  • Online and fax payments for suppliers globally.
  • Communicating with the UK sales office and the suppliers to ensure efficient and timely payment of invoices.
  • Entering data in to various Excel spreadsheets for daily, weekly and monthly reporting schedules.

To be considered for the Accounts Assistant vacancy you already be working as an Accounts Assistant or similar or have strong credit control / payments experience.

You should also have excellent MS Excel skills. You will be able to work as part of a team but will also have the initiative to deal with day to day queries as they arise.

You will also be able to work to strict deadlines and able to prioritise their workload. Previous experience within the property industry would be a benefit.
